You may have heard the word Calabash in a few different places. In addition to being a quaint town on the southern coast of North Carolina with iconic seafood, Calabash is also a type of gourd. And that gourd, believe it or not, has been a staple of tobacco pipe craftsmanship for centuries. 

A calabash pipe is instantly recognizable. Both Sherlock Holmes and likely your Great Grandpa puffed on those bad boys all day long. Maybe your Great Grandpa IS Sherlock Holmes. 

Regardless, genuine calabash pipes became very iconic (and very expensive), crafted in part using the eponymous calabash gourd. 

This Pulsar Mini Calabash Hand Pipe takes that same design and repurposes it into a much cheaper and more convenient herbal equivalent for all to enjoy. 

At 4″ inches, this mini Sherlock pipe is the perfect size for portability without sacrificing a deep and plentiful bowl.
